Rest – Best Home Remedy for Mild Backache
Rest and Rest is the best home remedy. Most back problems which are not severe and are considered to be mild will go away if the injured muscles, ligaments and tendons get time to heal. You are advice to take rest for some time if you have mild backache. Spend a few days in bed if you are having more than mild backache. But do not over do. Resting for more number of days will result in weakening of muscles, which can make the pain worse. When you are suffering from backache it is recommended you rest for a few days. But then slowly start returning to your routine. If backache continues, take few rest breaks during the day.
